MANUFACTURER FOCUSED TRAINING
Our installers undergo both hands-on and classroom level training to ensure they not only know what needs to be done, but how it must be done.
Tightening fasteners to their correct toque levels is fundaments for the correct installation of tapping sleeves and valves. N.S. Pawliuk employees are trained by 3rd party torque tool specialists to ensure we using torquing system properly, and so that field level employees understand the importance of correct torque.

In addition to this, we have an in-house torque tool assessment program - complete with a device that assesses the output torque of our tools - to ensure they are properly calibrated for when they head out to site.
Torque Wrench Certification
We install Hydra-Stop Insta-Valves. To ensure successful and safe installations, we've received factory direct training on these systems.

We regularly review the installation process of this system and perform comprehensive inspections of our installation equipment to keep the installation process smooth.
Hydra-Stop Insta-Valve
Clow has help us learn the nuances of their fire hydrants and gate valves inside-out, literally. In particular, our employees are trained in the correct installation of the gate valves, as well as internal inspection of fire hydrants and gate valves.

We have a factory-direct relationship with Romac and aim to provide high-quality installations.

We conduct regular reviews of their product installation procedures and have received factory training in how to install their fittings properly.
Romac Tapping Sleeves
In addition to performing line stops in the field, we've invested in performing bench training on our line stop equipment. Because of this, our job go more smoothly on account of regular review.

We are able to practice virtually any type of line stop in our shop and can show "proof of concepts" for clients projects upon request.

Additionally, our in-house training and review cycle allow us to maintain up-to-date training on all common line stopping system including Inflatable Line Stops (ILS) and mechanical folding head systems.
Line Stop Equipment
We factory trained on Romac's Transmate tapping machines, as well as both of Romac's valve insertion systems: the QuikValve and InstaValve system.

These systems a proven, cost effective and safe way to allow for new valves to be installed into a live system where none currently exist.
